Refund and Exchange Policy

All sales are final, no refunds unless damaged upon arrival or wrong item received. Please pay attention to the measurement information on garments’ size chart for guidance.

Any claims for damaged/defective/incorrect items must be submitted within 4 days after the product has been received. To do so use our contact page or email contact@platinumhobo.com. After the review process and confirmation with Platinum Hobo, you will ship the item back to the return address on your package. If your item arrived damaged or defective a replacement or refund will be arranged, whichever is preferred.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
